We've been blessed with an over abundance of zucchini from our garden this year. I took this picture after I had given several zucchini's to neighbors, and as you can see, we still have a ton.
My kids won't eat regular zucchini bread, so I've been on the hunt for recipes that they
WILL eat. Here's a few that we've tried out, and they have loved.
(Sorry, I didn't take any pictures of my finished products, but that was only because my kids & hubby devoured them!).

Lemon/Zucchini Bread- I baked these in 2 regular loaf pans for about 1 hour, 10 minutes. They are fabulous!!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread- My oldest daughter was craving blueberry bread, so I made this recipe to use up some of our zucchini. They all loved it!
