Write It Out Project Journals

I'm happy to say that I've completed the two journals that I pledged for Service Boot Camp!  These journals are for the Write It Out Project, and I'm so happy that I decided to make some!

I wish that I could have made more, but May is a very busy month at our house!!  I'm putting together a ideas of 'projects' that my kids can do during the summer, and this one is on the list!  I'm hoping to help them each make one that we can donate at a later time!

If you haven't heard of the Write It Out Project, you can read about it HERE!   They are still accepting pledges for journals, and if you don't sew, you can donate $5.00 to cover the cost of shipping the journals.  Any way you can help is appreciated!!

Those are so cute! I may have to try and squeeze in some time to make one or two. It looks really easy once you get going. And I have tons of fabric that is just sitting around waiting, I mean pleading to be used that would be perfect for this. Next time I stop at the dollar store I will pick up some of those notebooks. <3 Julie
