My Very First Apron....

So, this apron has taken me about 7 months to make.  I know.  I like to procrastinate.  I bought the pattern on sale over a year ago, and my sister-in-law gave me the material last Christmas.  It took me a few months to cut out the pieces, then it sat.  For MONTHS.  I have to thank the ladies I featured for "Sew Cute Tuesday" this week.  All those cute aprons got me inspired to pull out my apron and sew it together!

I'm thinking about adding some fabric flowers to it, but for now, it'll work just fine.  Oh...notice our puppy 'Ruby' sneaking into the shot!

I'm glad that I finally got this project done.  I really don't know why it took me so long.  I think it may have had to do with the fact that I was using an actual pattern (I try to stay away from those things!).  Now I think I may have to make a few more.  Let's hope I don't take 7 months to finish those!!

Super Cute job on the apron... I still have yet to make one either, but there is one that I am dying to try from the Dating Divas site. It is a ruffle one. So cute! Anyways, I also love your puppy sneaking in to the back ground! Hope your doing great!
