Flower Soda Can Earrings

As I was searching online for tutorials on making soda can earrings, I came across THESE , and immediately went to work on my own version.  Mine aren't as cute as the original, but I still love 'em!

Here's my very first pair...made out of a rootbeer can.

On my second try I added a 3rd layer and an eyelet.  The flower in the very center was made from a craft punch and some bling.

And this is my 3rd (and favorite!) pair.  These were made simpler than the previous pair, with just 2 layers of the big flowers.

How fun are these earrings?!  I'm hoping to have some more ready to share with you next week, so stay tuned!

Wow, those are really cool and pretty!

Did you use normal craft punches to punch the cans?

Anji, The flower in the very center was made from a regular craft punch. The bigger flowers were made by tracing a flower template on the cans and cutting them out with scissors.

this is great! Since you have so many soda cans here's another idea I had seen at a store.they are garden stakes Use the bottom of the can as the center of your flower and cut the top off and then make petals and bend them forward and add a stake. now you have something for your garden or at least outdoor decor

Did you do anything to the edges to make them less sharp?
They're very cute. I like the last pair best too. :)
